Paul L. Berenbaum, MD, FACP, FACG, FAGA, attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, VA, and received his medical degree in 1972. Furthermore, he conducted his internship and internal medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. In addition, he completed his fellowship training in gastroenterology at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Berenbaum received board certification in internal medicine and gastroenterology from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology (FACG), and a Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association (FAGA). He maintains professional memberships with the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology, the Delaware Valley Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
